As a small or large business you never want to feel that your customers have control over you, especially in the daycare world. Being a daycare provider is very personal, as many have daycare’s in their homes and rely on daycare payments to live. This can sometimes create pressure on daycare providers, and although most of the time parents are easy to work with, we get those parents that are the opposite way.
